Ground your AEO strategy
in real search demand
Connect Google Search Console and Atlas stops guessing which prompts and pages matter. Every recommendation gets checked against your actual clicks, impressions, and rankings, so what you fix and write about is grounded in demand that's already there.
What the Atlas Search Console integration does
Atlas already tracks how AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini describe your brand. Connecting Search Console adds the half of the picture AI alone can't give you: what real people are actually searching for and clicking on. Atlas lines the two up, so every prompt, page fix, and content idea is grounded in demand you can verify, not a guess.
From real queries to grounded, ready-to-act insights
Read-only, and used for exactly four things: prioritizing fixes, expanding prompt coverage, grounding content suggestions, and ranking what to audit next.
"Fix First" gets a real ranking
High-traffic pages that score low on AI visibility are flagged as Fix First, so effort goes to the pages already earning clicks, not the ones nobody visits.
Real queries become tracked prompts
Your actual top search queries turn into ready-to-track AI visibility prompts in one click, expanding coverage with demand you already know is real.
Content ideas backed by real demand
Content and citation opportunities pulled from Search Console are labeled "Also found in Search Console" so it's obvious a suggestion isn't a guess, it's grounded in queries people are already typing.
Your audit list, reordered by demand
The sitemap picker used for site health audits is prioritized by real search demand, so you always audit your highest-leverage pages first, not just the newest ones.
Search performance, next to AI visibility
Your real Google clicks, impressions, and rankings sit right alongside your AI visibility scores, so you can see both sides of discovery in one view instead of two separate reports.
Read-only, always
Atlas only reads Search Console data to inform its own recommendations. It never changes your Search Console settings, properties, or data.
How to connect Search Console
Connections are set up per business from inside your Atlas dashboard, so the right property always stays tied to the right account. It takes under a minute.

Search Console integration questions
Why does Atlas need Search Console access?
AI visibility tells you how AI describes your brand. Search Console tells you what real people search for and click on. Atlas needs both to prioritize fixes and content by actual demand instead of guesswork.
What access does Atlas request?
Read-only access to your verified Search Console properties, clicks, impressions, rankings, and queries. Atlas never changes your Search Console data, properties, or settings.
What if I have more than one verified property?
You'll be asked to choose the specific property for this business during setup, so each Atlas account stays tied to the right site.
Can I disconnect Search Console later?
Yes. Go to Integrations in your dashboard and disconnect at any time — this immediately revokes Atlas's access.
Is this an official Google integration?
Yes, Atlas uses Google's standard OAuth sign-in flow for Search Console. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
