How Atlas tracks on Meta AI
Atlas sends your tracked questions to the Meta Model API using Meta Spark with web search enabled. It measures mentions and recommendations in the answer, matches structured citation URLs to your domain, and saves returned web results separately from cited sources. Your configured language guides the answer, and supported country settings provide approximate location context.

Meta AI tracking is available on Pro, Agency, and Enterprise plans within your existing assistant allowance. Starter shows Meta AI as a locked option.
Mentions and recommendations
Review saved answers to see whether Meta AI mentions your business and whether the answer recommends it for the customer question you are tracking.
Citations with evidence
Atlas uses structured citation URLs to identify sources pointing to your domain and preserves citation excerpts where the API supplies them.
Considered web pages
Inspect the web results returned during answer generation, including pages that were not cited. A considered page is not proof of a mention or recommendation.
Start tracking Meta Spark in Atlas
No personal Meta Spark login or browser extension is required. Tracking runs through Atlas's provider connection.
Add your website
Set your business name, domain, location, and language so Atlas can identify your brand in answers.
Choose your assistants
Select Meta Spark in your website's assistant settings, where your plan requires a selection. Your existing assistant allowance still applies.
Track customer questions
Add or review suggested prompts in Manage Prompts, activate the questions you want to monitor, and start tracking.
Review changes over time
Compare saved answers and visibility trends on AI Assistants and Prompt Results. Active prompts are eligible for daily scheduled checks while your account remains eligible.

What is Meta Spark?
Meta Spark is the Meta model Atlas currently uses for Meta AI tracking through the Meta Model API. Atlas enables its web search tool and saves the answer and source evidence returned for each tracked question.
Does Atlas measure my personal Meta AI session?
No. Atlas measures responses from the configured Meta API model, not your private chats or personalized feed. Answers in Meta AI consumer experiences, including experiences within Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, may differ because of product settings, context, and personalization.
Does a considered page mean my business was recommended?
No. A web result can be returned during answer generation without appearing as a citation or recommendation in the final answer. Atlas records these signals separately so you can distinguish source consideration from visible answer coverage.
Can Atlas track different countries and languages?
Atlas includes your configured language in the answer instructions and supplies supported countries as approximate web search location context. Unsupported country mappings are omitted. This does not guarantee a particular local ranking or an exact match to a consumer session.
